Prior to her current role, she built her career at Marco Financial, a fintech firm, where she advanced through a series of increasingly responsible positions within the operations function.

She initially supported payment processing and core operational workflows, before being promoted to Jr. Account Manager, where she managed client relationships, structured financing solutions across Factoring and Asset-Based Lending (ABL) and conducted portfolio analysis. She continued to assume greater responsibilities as she progressed to Operations Associate and ultimately Senior Operations Associate, contributing to operational efficiency, process optimization, and high-quality client service delivery.

Earlier in her career, she gained foundational experience at BASF Services Americas within the Order to Cash department, supporting cross-border operations throughout Canada and the United States.

She holds a degree in International Business from Universidad Católica del Uruguay, obtained in 2024, and is currently based in Punta del Este.
