As a Corporate Analyst at Altriarch, Paige manages coverage across Investments, Client Development & Investor Relations, Fund Accounting, and Operations. By identifying new investment opportunities as well as automation initiatives across the fund she helps boost Altriarch’s efficiency and relationships.

Paige began at TIAA in the Office of the CFO, taking part in the finance and accounting rotational program. The program sharpened her skills in budgeting, forecasting, and performance accountability within the business finance offices of Client Services & Technology and Retirement Solutions. She then transitioned to private debt at Churchill Real Estate, where she supported the servicing team on the high volume of borrower needs ensuring asset level performance. Working closely with borrowers, vendors, and service providers, she developed a practical understanding of how capital decisions show up in day to day operations and cash flow resilience through cycles.

That dual perspective, FP&A discipline paired with real estate credit and asset fluency, now anchors Paige’s entrepreneurial role where she bridges institutional finance and hands on asset management. She sources and evaluates origination opportunities, assists with cross functional diligence, and aids processes spanning asset-level and portfolio-level performance reporting which feeds actionable decisions in the fund.

Paige holds a bachelor’s degree from North Carolina State University and resides in Charleston, SC.
