Michael Statile

Director, Finance

Michael joined Altriarch in 2025 with nearly a decade of experience in the investment banking industry and broader financial services. As Director of Finance at Altriarch, Michael oversees the Firm’s financial operations, corporate finance strategy, and internal controls while streamlining FP&A and reporting processes.

Prior to joining Altriarch, Michael served as Vice President of Finance at Solomon Partners in New York, where he played an integral role in scaling the investment bank through a period of significant growth. In this capacity, he oversaw the build‑out of the FP&A function, partnering closely with senior leadership to implement data‑driven forecasting processes and support key strategic initiatives. He began his career as a member of the finance and accounting rotational program at New York Life Insurance Company before joining PJT Partners as an Analyst within the Office of the CFO.

Michael graduated magna cum laude from Elon University with a B.S.B.A. in Finance. He resides in Charleston, South Carolina with his wife and french bulldog.
