Ian Marr joined Altriarch in 2026 as an Associate on the Investments team, bringing more than five years of experience across fintech, capital markets, and strategic finance. At Altriarch, Ian supports the Firm’s investment and portfolio management functions, with a focus on deal sourcing, analytical underwriting support, and ongoing performance monitoring. His work spans new‑deal evaluation, portfolio reporting, and cross‑functional initiatives designed to enhance data, processes, and investment committee workflows.

Before joining Altriarch, Ian served as a Senior Associate at MAXEX, where he worked closely with C‑suite leadership on corporate development and strategic finance initiatives. In that role, he led analyses related to capital raising, strategic planning, and executive‑level decision support. His work contributed to MAXEX’s mission of improving standardization, liquidity, and transparency across the residential mortgage market by supporting initiatives that strengthened financial infrastructure and operational scalability.

Ian earned a B.A. in Economics from Sewanee: The University of the South.
