Germán Pérez

Vice President, Asset Management

German holds a degree in International Relations and brings more than 10 years of experience managing client relationships, key accounts, and principal clients across international markets.

Prior to his current role, he spent nearly five years at Marco Financial, a startup fintech company, where he led Factoring and Asset-Based Lending (ABL) operations, overseeing operational teams and supporting the company’s growth in its early stages.

Earlier in his career, German worked for a Japanese manufacturing company, where he managed key accounts across the Americas region, strengthening client partnerships and driving regional business development.
